For use in plasters, mortars, concrete, filling compounds and grouting materials

Mineral Fillers

Available in particle sizes ranging from 125 to 7 µm, our mineral fillers are versatile construction materials for use in plasters, mortars and concrete. They are also indispensable in a wide range of industrial manufacturing processes, particularly in the production of paints, coatings and plastics.
Our high-quality mineral fillers are characterised by their fine particle size, high purity and distinctive white colour.

Microfiller Series

The certified products of our Microfiller Series are characterised by their high dolomite content of approximately 99 %. They are produced by dry grinding crushed raw dolomite followed by air classification. With particle sizes as fine as 7 µm, Microfiller products are ideally suited for use in fillers, paints, filling and grouting materials. The range is available in various grades with particle sizes from 7to 32 µm.

Applications

  • fillers, paints, filling compounds and grouting materials
  • mortars, plasters and concrete
  • various industrial manufacturing processes
  • paints and coatings
  • concrete mix optimisation through improved particle packing density
  • plastics industry

Fine Mineral Filler Series

The certified products of our Fine Mineral Filler Series are characterised by their high dolomite content of approximately 99 %. They are produced by dry grinding crushed raw dolomite followed by air classification and are available in particle sizes ranging from 63 to 90 µm.

Applications:

  • mortars, plasters, concrete, filling compounds and grouting materials
  • various industrial manufacturing processes
Ecofiller® Series

Products from our Ecofiller® Series are designed to enhance the quality of exposed concrete and are produced by dry grinding and subsequent air classification of recycled concrete. As a sustainable alternative for use as a concrete filler, the Ecofiller® Series contributes to the conservation of natural resources.
Available in particle sizes ranging from 63 to 125 µm.

Binder-Reducing Fillers

The key advantage of these fillers lies in their ability to reduce the amount of binder required. This not only enables more efficient material formulations but also contributes to improved processing efficiency and enhanced quality of the final product.

Hydrophobierung
